گروه صنعتی زنجیره ارزش مواد غذایی سپیدان سلامت پارس در سال 1391 با شماره ثبت 37509 تأسیس شد. این شرکت با مدیریت مجرب و بهره‌گیری از متخصصین و کارشناسان با تجربه کشاورزی و با مشارکت معتبرترین بانک‌های ایران (بانک سپه) موفق به احداث سردخانه دو مداره با ظرفیت 10 هزار تن گردید. با توجه به دو مداره بودن این سردخانه و سالن‌های مجهز متعدد، قابلیت نگهداری محصولات پروتئینی و لبنی را نیز دارد. گروه صنعتی زنجیره ارزش مواد غذایی سپیدان سلامت پارس جزو اولین شرکت‌هایی بود که مجوز فعالیت زنجیره ارزش کشاورزی خود را از سازمان جهاد کشاورزی استان فارس در سال 1400 با شماره 1945768 ، اخذ نمودند. فعالیت این شرکت از تامین نهاده‌ها و قرارداد با کشاورزان شروع می شود و کلیه عملیات برداشت، سورتینگ، بسته‌بندی، نگهداری، در سردخانه، حمل و نقل، فروش و ارتباط با مشتریان را به عهده دارد. همچنین این شرکت با صدها هکتار مزارع و باغات ارزشمند و حاصل‌خیز کشور از شمال تا جنوب، قرارداد کشت داشته و ضمن خرید تضمینی محصولات از کشاورزان، نهاده های مورد نیاز کشاورزان از جمله نهال، نشاء و بذر گواهی شده، انواع کود و مواد مغذی گیاه و سموم با بهترین کیفیت تامین می‌کند. آموزش مستمر کشاورزان طرف قرارداد در عملیات کاشت، داشت و برداشت محصولات و استفاده از نهاده‌ها جزو لاینفک این شرکت می‌باشد. این شرکت با در اختیار داشتن مجهزترین سردخانه با فناوری روز دنیا و سیستم توزیع و حمل و نقل مدرن با سردخانه سیار (کانتینرهای یخچال دار)، محصولات باغی، سبزی و صیفی بسته بندی شده را در کوتاهترین زمان تحویل فروشگاه‌ها و مصرف کننده‌های نهایی می‌دهد. همچنین این مجموعه در تولید و تجارت محصولات سالم و ارگانیک طبیعی و گلخانه‌ای فعالیت دارد. وجود دفاتر بازرگانی در کشورهای حوزه خلیج فارس و صادرات انواع محصولات کشاورزی از توانمندی‌های این شرکت می باشد. در طی سال‌های اخیر علاوه بر روابط تجاری با کشورهای عربی حوزه خلیج فارس، محصولات کشاورزی این شرکت به کشورهای حوزه اوراسیا، روسیه، ترکیه، چین، هند، پاکستان و عراق صادر شده است. با توجه به روابط تجاری خوب این شرکت با کشورهای نامبرده، آمادگی واردات کلیه تجهیزات و ماشین‌آلات پیشرفته کشاورزی و سردخانه‌ ای را با بهترین برندهای دنیا دارد. از سوی دیگر با توجه به مجوزهای اخذ‌ گردیده در داخل کشور شرکت ما اقدام به واردات میوه‌های استوایی از فیلیپین، هند، افریقای جنوبی و اکوادور نموده است.
